Accidents happen

On Saturday, March 2, 2013, I went with my then „partner“, Richard, to the air field in Gross-Ostheim (Aschaffenburg). Our intention was a normal sight-seeing flight with the clubs powered glider (Motorsegler) D-KTIC.
We flew in for a landing on RW 24 but something went wrong and we crashed in a field just east of the airport. The plane got totaled and some how they managed to get me out. Result: My legs got damaged enough that I was in a coma for 3 weeks and ended up in a wheel chair…. no more dancing or flying for me.

Richard died on March 18, which was probably good.
